Being a working mother and wife, I know how stressful it is to balance it all - especially providing home cooked meals every day for my family. I think having familiar recipes helps, whether it be quick stirfries or basic comfort foods you grew up with.

I've grown up with these basics all my life, so working with soyfoods comes naturally to me - but I know a lot of people may be intimidated or unsure how to cook with tofu and soymilk. Recipes that use simple ingredients and few instructions are a big help.

Tofu and soymilk are just building blocks to your meal. Tofu is a very versatile ingredient that can be substituted in any recipe you have at home.

To help you get started, here are some recipes from my kitchen to yours. Let me know what you think. Feel free to experiment and adjust these recipes, or adapt your own collection. You'll soon learn what works best for you. And after all, that's what cooking is all about!
