頂好照燒豆腐

材 料:

1 包   頂好炸豆腐 (350 克)
1 杯   波蘿片 (新鮮或罐頭)
3 湯 匙   曰本照燒醬

將炸腐切開一半, 放入醃料內醃大約30分鐘, 將醃好的豆腐和菠蘿放在烤架上烤, 翻動多次, 使其受熱均勻, 烤至兩面金黃即可取出, 沾上醬汁即可享用.
