Frozen Tofu Thatch
Ingredients:

1 pkg Stir-fry Tofu, frozen, defrosted, and minced
2 cup of vegetable broth
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1 onion, sliced thin
2 carrots, finely diced
1 tsp canola oil
1 tsp garlic, finely diced
4 tbsp tomato puree
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion, stir-fry until soften, add tofu, mushroom and carrots, stirring for 5 minutes, add broth and tomato puree, cook until the mixture reduce and thick, add salt and pepper to taste.
