Chocolate Banana Custard Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 pkgs Superior Banana Soy Dessert
- 1 large banana (ripe)
- 1 pkg Knox gelatine
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 9″ baked pie shell
- Garnish: Chocolate shavings and sliced strawberries.
Dissolve gelatine according to instructions on the package. Cool to room temperature. Add the following to a food processor in this order: banana, Banana Soy Dessert, gelatine (add gradually), cocoa powder and finally icing sugar, adding one teaspoon at a time. Process mixture on high for 3 minutes. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes or until the non-dairy custard sets. Garnish as desired. Makes 9 servings.
