Green Tofu chicken
Ingredients:

1 pkg Superior Stir-fry Tofu, cut into cubes
1 cup boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
2 onion, sliced
2 heads of bok choy,
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cornstarch mix with 2 tbsp water
Marinate ingredients:

2 tbsp hot mango chutney
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Well mix tofu and chicken with sauce ingredients, and marinate for 1 hour. Sauté onions and bok choy in oil until soften, remove from the pan and set aside. Add tofu and chicken, stir-fry over brisk heat until done. Return vegetables to the pan. Add cornstarch mixture. Stir until sauce is thickened.
