Miso Tofu
Ingredients:

1 pkg Superior Stir-fry Tofu, sliced to ¼” thick
Marinade ingredients:

½ cup Miso paste
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oil
Mix marinade ingredients together, adding a little water if necessary to make a thick runny paste. Marinate tofu for about 20 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 450ºF. Place tofu slices in a lined cookie sheet, and bake for about 8-10 min. Flip tofu, baste with more marinate and bake for another 10 min. Serve over noodles or salad.
