Spicy Crispy Tofu
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Superior Stir-fry Tofu, cut into 1/4” thick cutlets
1 tbsp oil
Dipping sauce
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp fresh jalapeno pepper, minced (more if desire)
2 tbsp sesame oil
In a non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat and pan fry tofu until golden. Serve with dipping sauce.
