Tofu Chow Mein
Ingredients:

1 pkg Superior Stir-fry Tofu, cut into strips
250g Chow Mein (Chinese noodle)
1 cup button mushroom, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup soybean sprouts, washed and drained
1 large carrot, peel and cut into strips
1 clove garlic, peel and minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasonings ingredients:

2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Cook the noodles for 3 minutes, rinse briefly with cold water, then let drain. In a non-stick pan, sauté garlic in oil until fragrant, add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add seasoning ingredients, toss for 1 minute and serve.
