Tofu Sandwiches

Ingredients:

    1 pkg Superior Stir-fry Tofu, cut into 4 thick sheets
    1 tomato, cut into slices
    4 sheet lettuces
    8 slices bread
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp canola oil
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp mayonnaise

Press grated cheese and black pepper in both side of the tofu, heat oil, pan fry tofu until it heated thoroughly. Evenly Spread Dijon mustard of each bread slices. Layer tofu, tomato, lettuce on one sliced bread, add mayonnaise and top with another slice of bread. Make 4 sandwiches.
