Tofu Neatball
Ingredients:

1 pkg Superior Stir-fry Tofu, finely chopped or grated
2 cup potato, cooked, mashed
3 garlic, peeled and crushed
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp ground coriander
Sauce ingredients:

1 onion, sliced thin
½ cup tomato, chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Put all ingredients except vegetable oil in a bowl and mix together well, and shape into small balls. Heat oil in a cooking pan, and fry the tofu neatball until browned all over, remove from pan and set aside. Sauté onions in oil until soften, add tomato and tomato paste, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, Add the tofu neatballs to the sauce, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
