Chicken-less McTofu Puffs
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Superior Mini Puffs or Superior Tofu Puffs
- 1 tsp chicken soup powder or vegetarian chicken soup powder
Mix chicken powder and tofu puffs in a plastic bag. Shake well in order to coat puffs evenly.Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours but preferably overnight so puffs can absorb more flavour. Bake puffs in the oven* at 450 F on a non-stick cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Flip puffs over after 5 minutes so they brown evenly. Cool slightly and serve immediately to maintain crispness. Serve on its own or with dipping sauces if desired. You may want to double or triple the recipe to make more appetizers as you won’t be able to get enough of these tasty tofu treats.* Can also use toaster oven.
