Easy Vegetarian Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

    1 pkg Superior Stir-fry Tofu, crumbled
    2 can roasted crushed tomato
    2 clove garlic, chopped
    ¼ cup red wine
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp dried sweet basil
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté garlic with olive oil until softened. Add the tofu and tomatoes, stir-fry for 1 minute, add all the remaining ingredients, brings to boil and reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes until sauce thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pasta.
