Strawberry Tofu Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Superior Sweetened Soy Milk
- 1cup Superior Soft Tofu, drained
- ½ cup strawberries, washed and drained
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a blender, blend the tofu, milk, strawberries, sugar, and vanilla until very smooth. Chill in a refrigerator before serving. Makes 2 servings.
