Strawberry Tofu Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup  Superior Sweetened Soy Milk
  • 1cup  Superior Soft Tofu, drained 
  • ½ cup  strawberries, washed and drained 
  • 2 tbsp  sugar
  • 1 tsp  vanilla

In a blender, blend the tofu, milk, strawberries, sugar, and vanilla until very smooth. Chill in a refrigerator before serving. Makes 2 servings.

Per serving: 41 calories, 5.86g protein, 2.84g fat, 8.21g carbohydrates
