Hit the Sauce Stir-fry
Ingredients:

1 pkg Superior Stir-fry Tofu, cut into strips
4 cups assorted vegetables, chopped (snow peas, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, mushrooms, etc.)
½ cup vegetable broth
1 onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp teriyaki or black bean or oyster bottle sauce
2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 4 tsp of cold water
Sauté garlic and onion in oil until fragrant, add assorted vegetables, cooked for 2 minutes. Add tofu and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce has reduced. Add bottled sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Toss well and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
