Simple Tofu Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg Superior Organic Extra Firm Tofu (350g) OR 1 pkg Organic Medium Firm Tofu (330g), crumbled or mashed
  • 3/4 cup quick rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • dash salt & pepper 

Drain and crumble tofu by hand, with a fork or potato masher. Mix ingredients with tofu. Knead for a couple of minutes by hand. Shape into tofu burger patties. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 325° F for approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve on a bun with your favourite condiments.
