Easy Fruit Soy Smoothies

EGG and DAIRY FREE

Watermelon Apple Soy Smoothies

  • 1 pkg  Superior Watermelon Soy Dessert (300g)
  • 1 cup  apple juice
  • ¼  banana

Orange Fruit Soy Smoothies

  • 1 pkg  Superior Banana, Mango OR Sweetened Soy Dessert (300g)
  • 1 cup  orange juice
  • ¼  banana

Tropical Pina Colada Soy Smoothies

  • 1 pkg       Superior Coconut Soy Dessert (300g)
  • ½ – ¾ cup crushed pineapple packed in juice
  • ¼  banana (optional)

For your desired smoothie, mix all the ingredients until smooth. Add crushed ice for extra frostiness. Chill and serve. Makes 4 servings. If storing overnight, be sure to re-blend as the mixture will separate. You can also freeze the smoothies in ‘popsicle’ plastic molds to make healthy fruit soy pops. Low Fat, Dairy-Free & a source of Calcium!
