Seafood Frozen Tofu HotPot
A great dish to serve in the winter; can be served with noodles, udon or rice.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 pkg Superior Fresh Medium Firm Tofu (700g), cut into rectangular shapes
- 4 clams
- 4 shrimps
- 50g salmon fillet
- 1 stalk green onion, cut
- 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Freeze tofu in the freezer overnight and defrost the next morning. Bring broth to boil; put cabbage in and cook until cabbage is soft. Heat olive oil in pan until hot and fry green onion. Add shrimps, salmon, and clams and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the fried seafood and tofu into the boiled broth. Continue to cook for five to ten minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 servings.
