1000-year Egg on Tofu
This is a traditional Mandarin dish for breakfast, to be served with congee.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Superior Soft Tofu (300g)
- 2 1000-year eggs
- 1 tbs black vinegar
- 1 stalk green onions
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cut each egg into 4 slices and place them on top of the soft tofu. Add black vinegar, soy sauce, green onions, and sesame oil. Ready to serve cold. Makes 2-4 servings.
