Tofu Eggs
This is a Taiwanese dish for breakfast that can be served with plain congee.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Superior Soft Tofu (300g), cut into squares
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 egg
Heat oil in a pan until hot. Fry tofu until golden. Add soy sauce, stirring evenly, before adding egg. Continue stirring. Add green onion at the end. Makes 2 servings.
