A fun (fund)raising gala night was held in December 2007 to raise money for the Superior Tofu Community Fund. Between fierce bidding at the silent auction table, wheel of fortune, and flower auction, close to $6,000 was raised for the Superior Tofu Community Fund. Thank you to all who helped to make this a successful event.
