Rita’s Decadent Chocolate Sauce
EGG and DAIRY FREE
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg (300g) Superior Soft Tofu
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Purée tofu in a blender until creamy for about 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Adjust maple syrup and liquor to your taste. Chill for an hour before serving. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Serve with fresh fruit as a decadent dip or topping, or drizzle over cakes.
