Rita’s Guilt-free Chocolate Pie
EGG and DAIRY FREE
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg (300g) Superior Soft Tofu
- 12 oz quality semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (9″) pie shell, baked
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Purée tofu in a blender. Add chocolate and vanilla to tofu and pulse blend. Pour into the pie shell and spread evenly. Refrigerate for one hour to set. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Makes 10 servings.
