Superior Ginger & Onion Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg (300g) Superior Soft Tofu or 1 pkg (240g) Silken or Silken Egg Tube Tofu
  • 1 tbsp ginger and green onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame or vegetable oil 

Heat skillet or pan on high heat for a minute. Add oil to pan with ginger root and green onion together. Cook until fragrant. Add a package of well drained soft tofu or sliced silken or egg tofu. Reduce to medium heat. Do not stir or the tofu will break up. After tofu is heated, drizzle soy sauce and sprinkle with green onions as a garnish.
