(Vancouver, October 7 2010) – Carol Huynh, 2008 Olympic Gold Medalists did it again! She won the 48kg weight class free style wrestling at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, Delhi.

She defeated India’s Nimila Devi 7-3 in the most dramatic way; her contact lenses fell out during her fight, she literally fought her opponent without being able to see! In true Olympian spirit; no backing down, no excuses; she continued the fight to defeat her opponent. We are proud of Carol’s achievement and honored to be able to support her road to victory. Carol will appear at Langara College, 49th Ave. campus on October 14th, 2010 to help celebrate their 40th anniversary. Carol and Rita Cheng, president of Superior Tofu will be presenting an Athletic Bursary to the college to commemorate this special occasion.
