Low Fat Orange Soy Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Superior Sweetened Soy Dessert (300g)
- 1/2 - 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup water or fruit juice
Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Add crushed ice for extra frostiness. Chill and serve. Makes 4 servings.
Note: Can substitute with soft tofu. Add sweetener as desired.
Variation: Add 1/2 banana but increase the amount of water or juice.
