Low Fat Tropical Soy Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Superior Coconut Soy Dessert (300g)
- 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple or pineapple chunks in juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple or other fruit juice
Mix well in a blender. Add crushed ice for extra frostiness. Chill and serve. Makes 4 servings.
Variation: Add 1/2 banana if desired but adjust pineapple amount.
