Low Fat Mango Strawberry Soy Smoothie

- Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Superior Mango Soy Dessert (300g)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tsp honey or sugar if desired
In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth. Add crushed ice for extra frostiness if desired. Chill and serve. Makes 4 servings.
Variation: Add 1/2 banana but increase the amount of apple juice; or use Banana or Watermelon Soy Dessert in place of Mango.
