Soy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Superior Low Fat Soy Drink, Unsweetened
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add cocoa and vanilla extract to soymilk. Heat in a pot, stirring constantly over medium heat until simmering, or microwave in a cup for 2-4 minutes. Can also use hot chocolate or capuccino flavoured mixes. Makes 1 serving.
Option: Use unsweetened soymilk and sweeten to taste with sugar or honey. For an extra kick, add 1 tsp Grand Marnier!
