Our Building Blocks for Success:

1. Use simple ingredients.
We keep our soyfood production and ingredients as simple as possible. Proudly Canadian, we only use Grade A, non-GMO, homegrown soybeans – and no artificial flavours or preservatives. Why complicate what nature gave us?

2. Build on our legacy.
With three generations of tofu knowledge, our roots go deep! Sui Fong Chan, Tung Lam Chan and their son Percy started Superior Tofu in 1982. Partner Rita Cheng’s grandfather started the first tofu store in Vancouver’s Chinatown in the 1940’s. Together, they continue the family tradition of making and delivering quality soyfoods far superior to anyone else’s. Our commitment to quality is found right in our name.
3. Stick with the basics.
We offer simple yet delicious soy recipes with minimal fuss and easy-to-find ingredients. Our colourful packaging is also coordinated with our recipes, making it even easier to choose the right type of tofu. We’re committed to keeping it simple!
